Dubai · Est. 2016
Modern Emirati and Mediterranean cooking, built on open-flame grilling, regional spice and produce sourced across the Gulf. A table here is an occasion.
Our Story
Savoré opened on Al Wasl Road with a simple idea: treat Emirati and Levantine flavours with the same discipline as any grand cuisine. Our kitchen works from a wood-and-charcoal grill at its centre, drawing on recipes carried across generations and produce sourced from farms and fishing communities across the Gulf.
The dining room was designed to hold both — a quiet dinner for two and a long table shared by many, framed by warm brass, dark timber and hand-finished plaster.

What Sets Us Apart
Every main passes over charcoal and citrus wood for depth you can taste.
Machboos, ouzi and stews simmered for hours, never rushed.
Fish, dates and dairy sourced from farms and waters across the region.
Large-format platters designed for the table, not the individual.

Executive Chef
"Respect the ingredient first, the technique second. Everything else follows."
Twenty years across kitchens in Beirut, Paris and Dubai taught Chef Khalid to let regional produce lead. He built Savoré's menu around the family recipes he grew up with, refined through a classical French pastry and grill background.
